Please understand that there are several factors that go into determining rates for your project, including:

• Deadline (rush rates are available)
• Length of text(s) or project (shorter texts & smaller projects cost more per word)
• Original format (rates are higher if the text is not in readable electronic format)
• Formatting requirements
• Specialized terminology (e.g. terminology specific to a highly technical field)
• Combination of services
